Advantages of HACN over conventional emulsifiers > There is no abnormal increase in viscosity observed. > HACN enables you to incorporate water upto 10% in this paint without replacing any solvent content. Thus you get 10 Ltrs. paint extra.
Step 1) Take 100 Ltrs. of paint made as per your regular formulation Step 2) Add 200 gms. of HACN under high speed stirring Step 3) Add 10 Ltrs. soft water for Enamel Paint and 20 Ltrs. for primers at the rate of 2 Ltrs./min. under high speed stirring.
Advantages of HAM over conventional emulsifiers: >There is no abnormal increase in viscosity observed. >100 parts of finished paint includes, approx., 60 parts Alkyd 50% + 30 parts >M.T.O. + 10 parts Pigment & Additives. HAM enables you to incorporate water upto 15% in this without replacing any solvent content. Thus you get 15 Ltrs. paint extra.
Step 1) Take 100 Ltrs. of primer made as per your regular formulation Step 2) Add 100 gms. of HAM under high speed stirring Step 3) Add 10 to 15 Ltrs. soft water for Enamel & 20 Ltrs. for primers at the rate of 2 Ltrs. / min under high speed stirring.
